One of the key ingredients to any successful high performance team or organization is having individuals who play an integral role in the overall success of the team. One who meets and exceeds initiatives. It is evident Arnie Pell is that key ingredient. By way of his leadership, Arnie will not ask of his people to do a task, which he is not willing to do himself. He leads by example. Key attributes of Arnie begin with him being trustworthy. He is a man of integrity, solid work ethic. By that I mean he only knows how to do things right. He is performance driven to find consultative solutions to customer’s needs. He builds relationships by putting others first. With Arnie, it’s all about the customer giving care, and consideration to their needs. From the initial meeting of a prospect I witnessed Arnie warming them up, turning that prospect into a long lasting dedicated customer. He does this, for example: Like a seasoned golf pro, Arnie takes the same approach in every sales call, doing so with energy, enthusiasm, and passion. I look forward to my continued relationship with Arnie as he mentors, and coaches me in strengthening my skills. Knowing I would directly report to him, He is the key reason I joined this team.
