Arnie quickly found talent for several positions and built the foundations of the team. He deftly trained and managed the new sales staff so they were effective in a short period of time. The foundations Arnie set into place are still used today.
To strategically approach sales, do the hard work to answer “why this way”, and then to hire and train the “right” people is an art form. Arnie Pell has the touch.
Arnie has an eye for talent and has recruited and hired some of the best people in their respected fields.
It is my belief that this technique should be implemented by all managers and taught to all new Selig employees.
